Bending with Angle Adjustment And Safety Control

Generally, there are two major problems during bending or forming process when using the numerical bending machines. Firstly, the bending angle is affected by different operators, press oil temperature, or bending tooling status and very easy to get out of tolerance. Secondly, there are safety risks during bending process. Due to negligence, fatigue and other factors, operators mistakenly put their fingers or palms on the bending tools, and serious crushing injuries will occur when bending. Firstly, the angle checking structure can detect the real bending angles and adjust the bending machine automatically to ensure the right angle. Secondly, when the light beam from the the protection structure installed on the two tops detects fingers or palms in the middle of the tooling, the bending action will automatically stop to avoid any injuries.
