In most sheet metal production workshops, welding is normally done manually and mainly TIG and MIG welding are applied. Due to the poor welding environment, the number of welders is declining year by year. Thus many companies use temporary workers and piecework methods to meet welding demand. However, the uneven welding skills and the quality awareness of welders are different. With piecework methods, the welder only seeks quantity other than quality, this results in extremely unstable welding quality. In order to solve these problems, Welden introduced many welding robots to replace manual welders to ensure the stability and efficiency of welding. In addition, the welding environment is greatly improved. Each station is equipped with welding chamber equipped with dust removal unit. The robot welds in the welding chamber and the operators works outside. This can avoid welding arc light and dust damage to the operators.
